St Patricks (442 KB)
To make a fairy-sized St. Patrick’s Day hat and some fairy festive bunting, you will need:
Some coloured paper (green, white, yellow and orange)
1 Black marker
1 Bottle cap
Scissors (always make sure you have a grown up to help!)
Make two circles by tracing around the bottle lid with a pencil. Draw another circle, a bit bigger around one of the circles to make the rim of the hat.
Cut out both circles and a strip of green paper (long enough to make the main part of the hat). Make sure you have an adult to help you with this bit!
Colour a belt at one of the long sides of the green strip with the black marker. Cut a small buckle out of the yellow paper and stick it over the
Stick both ends of the strip together and then stick both circle to either end. This is your fairy sized hat!
For the bunting, cut out three diamonds of green paper, three of white paper and three of orange. Fold the diamonds over some string and glue both
points together. You can put them in any order you like! And that’s your bunting finished!
All that’s left to do is leave them for your fairy!!
Happy St. Patricks Day!
