6.1. Products for sale on The Irish Fairy Door Company website are not toys. Small items may present a choking hazard for children under 3 years
old.

6.2. The door colour represented on screen may vary slightly due to differing screen resolutions. The door shape and embellishments may vary from
those depicted as each item is handmade and handcrafted.

6.3. The placing and fixing of the door is the customer’s responsibility. The Irish Fairy Door Company accepts no responsibility for damage created
to personal property through the use, placement or fixing of the product.

7. Order Acceptance

Our acceptance of an order takes place on conclusion of payment through PayPal, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will
be charged for your order.

8. Exchange or Refund Policy

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase
according to our exchange or refund policy detailed below.

8.1. To request an exchange or refund for all or part of your purchase, simply return the item/s in their original condition and packaging within
7 business days of receipt, quoting your name, email address, invoice number and contact number as well as reason for return. The original
delivery charge for any order is not refundable. The new delivery charge for an exchange item will be charged at our usual shipping rates.
The return delivery charge for a refunded item is the responsibility of the sender.

8.2. Please be sure to pack your items carefully for postage as we are not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost via return delivery.
We recommend registered post.

8.4. Please note that our products are not toys. They are not designed to be handled and are for display/decoration purposes only. They can break
if used in a rough manner. Our exchange or refund policy does not cover breakages from rough usage.

9. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and any disputes will be decided
only by the Irish courts.

10. Shipping and Delivery

10.1. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by third parties, or responsible for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

10.2. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. You have the option to add special delivery requests and
while we make every effort to deliver your goods according to these requests, we will not be liable if we fail to do so due to circumstances
beyond our control.

10.3. International deliveries may incur import fees, taxes, customs duties or other charges applied by institutions and organizations other than
The Irish Fairy Door Company and these are the sole responsibility of the customer.

11. Pricing

11.1. All prices quoted on The Irish Fairy Door Company website are in Euros. Using PayPal lets you pay in the Euro price converted to your currency.

11.2. The Irish Fairy Door Company reserves the right to change the pricing at any time without notice.

Our checkout supports payment from all major credit cards.  We also accept payment from PayPal (www.paypal.com). Once you register your free
account with PayPal, you can use your bank account, debit and credit cards to make payments by adding them to your account and choose how to

13. Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, The Irish Fairy Door Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Irish Fairy Door Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and
your order is cancelled, The Irish Fairy Door Company shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
